Piccolo & Me – new IT café in Gurugram with great coffee, Italian picks & cozy setting
From the house of the legendary restaurant Italiano comes a chain of cafés within gated communities, Piccolo & Me.
The cafés situated within Carlton 1 and The Belaire offer a range of delicious coffees, a palatable selection of paninis, and scrumptious desserts to go along with it. Though P&M is a new venture, Italiano lovers can still find the bestsellers at the café. From the deliciously crispy, hand-tossed pizzas that made Gurugram abreast with authentic Italian food, to a range of pastas of your choice; the café will leave you feeling nostalgic.
What’s new on the menu? Everything you would want a café to include. The coffees are perfectly prepared by professional baristas and served with their signature butter cookie. Those looking for plant-based options can happily gallop towards the café to choose from a variety of oats, soy, and almond milk for the coffees alongside multiple vegan options in food, too. The coffee is 100% arabica and has been approved by local coffee experts and addicts.
Sonia Puri, the founder of Piccolo & Me says, “Our star dish has to be the Lasagna. Whoever has tried it has never stopped at just one, and there’s a secret reason for that. We toss the vegetables in my ‘special sauce’ before layering it between the pasta sheets.”
The menu doesn’t stop at Italian, it is extensive and offers a range of Indian delicacies based on popular demand, too. Be sure to try the Kathi Rolls and Biryani during your next weekend visit to The Belaire outlet. Both cafés require prior reservation so make sure to call them before you head out!
The staff is pleasant and delightful, adding warmth to the gorgeously done-up space. The Carlton outlet offers a calm, garden-like outdoor sitting while The Belaire offers a larger indoor space. Both cafés have a seating capacity of 30 and 32 respectively. Since these outlets are situated within gated societies, the residents are at liberty to get the food delivered to their doorstep via a simple intercom service or phone call at no additional delivery fee.
The café also offers multiple discounts for regular visitors and for gatherings. Old school at heart, they’d be happy to accommodate any requests the residents may have for special occasions, too.

The brains behind Italiano, Sanjiv Puri is also very much a part of what goes on in the kitchen. His homemade Tiramisus are available at The Belaire outlet and don’t seem to last beyond 5 pm. So if you want to try them, we advise you to head there for a nice lunch followed by the light and fluffy dessert.
