The second edition of the Kikkoman Culinary Challenge is scheduled for Wednesday, 31st January 2024, at the esteemed Institute of Hotel Management in Mumbai.
Crafted using the traditional Honjozo (Naturally Brewed) technique, Kikkoman Soy Sauce is more than just an all-purpose seasoning; it’s a culinary experience that adds depth and umami to dishes across various cuisines. Culinary students and professionals in India now have the golden opportunity to showcase their creativity by incorporating this iconic soy sauce into their culinary masterpieces.
The challenge, set to unfold over 120 minutes, will be a Team Challenge, allowing each organization to nominate a team of 2 participants. Culinary enthusiasts are invited to create a unique 3-course Asian or Asian-inspired meal using Kikkoman Soy Sauce in each course.
Participation Process:
To participate, teams must nominate themselves before 12th January 2024 on the official website www.kikkomanindia.com/pages/contest by sharing their unique 3-course menu. Shortlisted teams will be informed by 18th January 2024.
