Patanjali Japan Foundation, One World Alliance to set up a human resource centre at Shri Vishwakarma Skill University (SVSU)
Dr. Raj Nehru, Vice Chancellor, SVSU accorded an in-principle approval to provide space for it in the university campus on Monday.
PALWAL (HARYANA). In a joint effort to explore the possibility of offering job opportunities to students in Japan, the Patanjali Japan Foundation and One World Alliance would set up a human resource centre at Shri Vishwakarma Skill University (SVSU), Palwal. Dr. Raj Nehru, Vice Chancellor SVSU accorded an in-principle approval to provide space for it in the university campus on Monday. A MoU to this effect was also signed to this effect on this occasion.
Patanjali Japan Foundation and One World Alliance Japan jointly led a delegation comprising of representatives from Japan and South Korea to Shri Vishwakarma Skill University on Monday. After having an important meeting with Vice Chancellor Dr. Raj Nehru to strengthen relations with Shri Vishwakarma Skill University in the field of employment, he gave an in-principle approval to provide space for foreign organizations in the university campus.
The delegation comprised of Patanjali Japan Foundation’s Chief Sewa Office (CSO) and Representative Director Ashutosh Singh, Marketing Leader Yumi Ishida and Yasuhiro Matsuo, who is also CEO of We Need human resource organization, South Korean entrepreneur and chairperson of the Indo-Korea Business Culture Center (IKBCC) Zena Chung, Deepika Singh MD, E-Spot and Sanjeev K Ahuja, Founder & Editor-in-Chief (Foreign Affairs), Asian Community News (ACN) Network.
The delegation also interacted with the students and introduced employment opportunities in the field of yoga in Japan and also narrated the benefits of linguistic skills.
Vice Chancellor Dr. Raj Nehru said that India has the largest youth power and we want to connect them with employment at the global level through skills. Whichever country of the world will provide better employment opportunities to the youth of India, Shri Vishwakarma Skill University will work together with them. Vice Chancellor Dr. Raj Nehru warmly welcomed the delegation from South Korea and Japan and said that the students are being prepared to serve in foreign countries. Shri Vishwakarma Kaushal University is ready to provide all kinds of facilities to foreign companies for placement.
Those representing SVSU included Academic Dean Professor (Dr) RS Rathore, Dean International Collaborations Professor (Dr) Nirmal Singh, Professor (Dr.) Vaisahali Maheshwari, Deputy Director, Professor Usha Batra (Chairperson CS &IT), Professor DK Ganju, Deputy Placement Officer Dr. Vikas Bhadauria, Dr. Bhavana Rooprai, Dr. Nakul Berwal and Dr. Sohan.
Representatives from both the countries interacted with the students pursuing Diploma in Japanese Language and Yoga and offered them employment in South Korea and Japan. The students also shared many important information with the foreign representatives.
Patanjali Japan Foundation’s Representative Director Ashutosh Singh, Marketing Leader Yumi Ishida and Yasuhiro Matsuo introduced the students to employment opportunities in the field of yoga in Japan and also told them the benefits of linguistic skills.
Samay Pal Singh, Director (International Relations), One World Alliance Japan, said that many Japanese companies are ready to give placements to the students of Shri Vishwakarma Skills University. Yoga students are performing very well here. Samay Pal Singh said that these students have a very good future in Japan.
South Korean entrepreneur and founder and chairperson of the Indo-Korea Business Culture Center (IKBCC) Zena Chung discussed the needs of skilled youth in the field of IT. She said that the requirement of Korean language also does not come in the way in the field of IT. Therefore, youth in South Korea can get good employment opportunities in the field of IT. Zena Chung also invited engineering students for employment.
Sanjeev K Ahuja, Founder & Editor-in-Chief (Foreign Affairs), Asian Community News (ACN) Network informed the SVSU representatives that South Korea was soon going to open K-9 VISA for semi-skilled youths from India. “Till now, South Korea has an agreement to source skilled manpower with 16 countries but not with India and it sources manpower from those countries on E-9 visa. Currently, skilled manpower including IT professionals go to South Korea on E-7 visa only,” Ahuja added.
