Korea-India Business Confluence: NDIM to Host a Platform to Nurture Young Indian Talent for Korean Industry
New Delhi Institute of Management, in partnership with IRKFS and KOSME, will bring together Korean industry leaders to foster Indo-Korean collaboration and open doors for Indian professionals in Korean enterprises.
New Delhi. The New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM) is set to host the “Korea India Business Confluence: Nurturing Young Talent for Korean Industry,” a collaborative event aimed at bridging Indian talent with the Korean corporate sector. Organized in association with the India Republic of Korea Friendship Society (IRKFS) and the Korea SMEs & Startups Agency (KOSME), this event will bring together prominent leaders from the Korean business community, including representatives from Hyundai, KOSME, CJ Darcl, and others.
The conference will begin at NDIM’s WISDOM Block with registration and a group photograph, followed by a welcome address by Dr. Vishwa Mohan Bansal, Chairman of NDIM. Skand R. Tayal, a retired ambassador and President of IRKFS, will moderate the event, facilitating discussions and insights from distinguished guests about the opportunities for young Indian talent in Korean companies.
Woo-jung Han, Chief Counsellor at the Korean Embassy, will deliver a keynote address on the importance of cultural synergy between India and Korea, highlighting how understanding each other’s work ethics and values is crucial to fostering a productive and inclusive work environment.
Jaekyeong Lee, Director of KOSME, is expected to underscore KOSME’s role in supporting Korean businesses looking to expand in India, recognizing the essential contributions that skilled Indian professionals can make to the growth of Korean industries in the country.
Senior representatives from Korea’s leading corporations will offer in-depth insights into their operations, goals, and values. Youngmyung Park, Vice President of Hyundai Motor, will discuss Hyundai’s growth in India and share insights into the company’s high skill standards and ethical work culture.
Seong Heum Park, Chairman of the Korean Small and Medium Business Administration (KOSMA) and CEO of Foustech, will speak on the importance of innovation and adaptability in today’s fast-evolving corporate world.
Additionally, DongSung Pak, Managing Director of Dicuria Pvt. Ltd., and Seongyong Chun, Co-Head of CBD at CJ Darcl, will share how their organizations are eager to engage with Indian talent who can seamlessly blend with their corporate philosophy. They will outline the key skills and benchmarks essential for Indian professionals aspiring to build sustainable and fulfilling careers within Korean enterprises.
