“The Ministry of Education Taiwan have sent Mandarin teachers to 18 universities in India to teach Mandarin courses, including Chitkara. The TEC will act as an interlink between India and Taiwan and would give the students an opportunity to develop their educational skills through various programs,” said Assistant Representative Peters Chen.
