TITP: India extends proposal submission date to Nov 30 for RFP on empanelment of Sending Organizations (SOs)

NEW DELHI:  In an effort to expand the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP), the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) issued a new Request for Proposal (RFP) on October 14, 2021, for the purpose of empaneling Sending Organizations (SOs) in India.

TITP is a G2G program signed between the Governments of India and Japan, and NSDC is monitoring the program on behalf of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE).

On popular demand, NSDC has extended the deadline for submitting proposals for phase 4 of the TITP to November 30, 2021. Earlier the last date of application was November 16, 2021.

For foreign applicants, such as Japanese companies and established SOs based in other countries, the ‘Green Channel’ makes the process of empanelment much simpler. Applicants applying via Green Channel may contact Ritu.agarwal@nsdcindia.org and nsdcjapanteam@nsdcindia.org with any questions and clarifications.

The GREEN CHANNEL aims to offer ease of business to Japanese firms and helps in direct empanelment (without going through any other route). If you are a Japanese company with operations in either Japan or India, we encourage you to become a Sending Organization under TITP and contribute to strengthening bilateral relations between India and Japan through TITP.

Kindly contact NSDC @ nsdcjapanteam@nsdcindia.org Or ritu.agarwal@nsdcindia.org for details.
