ACN joins hands with IJBC as Media Partner to promote year-long events celebrating 70th Anniversary of India-Japan diplomatic relations in 2022
NEW DELHI: The Asian Community News (ACN) Network, an India-based news-media house covering Indo-East Asian affairs with a key focus on Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and other Asian nations including ASEAN has tied up with Indo-Japan Business Council (IJBC) as Online Media Partner to promote year-long activities and events being planned to celebrate the year 2022 as the 70th Anniversary of the establishment of the India Japan diplomatic relations.
India and Japan had signed a peace treaty and established diplomatic relations on April 28, 1952, and it was one of the first peace treaties Japan signed after World War II.
The IJBC that has been organising its annual flagship event Konnichiwa Pune promoting Indo-Japan’s relations since 2018 has already announced to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the India Japan diplomatic relations in a big way and organise 36-40 events on an average of three per month during 2022.
Asian Community News (ACN) had partnered with IJBC last year also as an online Media Partner to promote Konnichiwa Pune 2021 organised virtually on November 19-21, which was viewed widely in India, Japan, the USA, and other countries.
Supported by the Consulate General of Japan in Mumbai, the IJBC will organize Lecture Series, Interviews and Fireside Chats, Sectorial Panel Discussions, Cultural Shows, MSME Matchmaking, regional events, and a possible delegation to Japan, in addition to its annual event Konnichiwa Pune in November.
IJBC is an industry association focusing on exploring business, trade, commerce, and cultural opportunities between India and Japan with a vision to encourage people-to-people connection, enhancing business and economic relations between India and Japan, and branding India as an attractive investment destination for the Japanese industry.
As an Online Media Partner, the Asian Community News (ACN) Network would run series of news stories around the year-long events and also promote the same on all its social media platforms and also in the Japanese expats community.
