In his personal life, Raturi who hails from New Delhi has the heart of an artist too.
After school, Raturi started writing for Indian and Japanese professional theater groups both, and wrote a play on the life of Mahatama Buddha (“Buddha – The Great”) and directed the same at The Japan Foundation, New Delhi in 2009. The language of the play was Japanese.
During this time only, he started working as a corporate Interpreter and translator for the living.
He worked for The Japan Foundation, Yamoto Seico Recycler, Yamaha Motors, etc as a freelancer Japanese language specialist and Translator.
In 2009, Raturi got a scholarship from the Embassy of Japan in India and went to Japan as the top 10 best students from India and the top 39 all over from South East Asia for Japanese cultural studies.
The same year he completed his N3 level in the Japanese language and continued working as a freelancer for Japanese companies as he wanted to continue his writing and theater career.
In 2011, he joined Mphasis – An HP group Pune-based IT company in the capacity of Sr. Infra Engineer. Till 2017, Raturi worked for various well-known IT companies like Polaris FT, Accenture, Fujitsu in India and Japanese locations.
He was also seen in a Japanese movie “Code Name: M” with famous Japanese actor Kiriyama Renn during national holidays and also did few modeling projects after office hours in Japan.
