Coimbatore Hosts Japan festival JAPAN Thiruvizha 2024: A Celebration of Culture and Commerce

Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: The vibrant city of Coimbatore is set to host its first-ever Japan Festival, “JAPAN Thiruvizha 2024.” Organized by the JAPAN Thiruvizha Committee in collaboration with Indobox Co. and iTokyo, and supported by the Consulate-General of Japan in Chennai, this event promises a day filled with cultural exchange, learning opportunities, and exciting performances.

The festival will take place on August 3, 2024, at Dr. NGP College, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and entry is free for all.

The JAPAN Thiruvizha 2024 aims to foster a deeper interest in Japanese culture, facilitate interactions between local and Japanese companies, and create new business and employment opportunities. The primary targets of this event are university students in and around Coimbatore, local companies with ties to Japan, and Japanese businesses seeking new partnerships and talent in India.
