CSR Initiative: DENSO Haryana, Manesar sponsors Physio Skill training for 35 needy women
Hailing from the surrounding rural areas, these underprivileged women underwent physiotherapy skill training programme at KRV Foundation.
Gurugram: Japanese automotive component producer DENSO Haryana Private Limited, Manesar that has always been contributing to society through its series of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives for the past 20 years for the underprivileged people residing mainly in nearby rural and areas, added one more feather to its cap.
Keeping its commitment to support the needy of society especially in its area of operation, the DENSO Haryana facilitated skill training of 35 women of the surrounding rural areas. The physiotherapy skill training was conducted at the facility of a not-for-profit organization KRV Foundation making the trainees employable and self-dependable.
Skills for physiotherapy are abilities that help physiotherapists successfully perform their jobs. Physiotherapists work in different environments, such as public health centres, hospitals, fitness centres and private practices. They can also work with sports clubs and teams.
This training program will help promote female education and employment ushering in a brighter future for these underprivileged.
On June 4, a ceremony took place at the DENSO Haryana premises, where these trainees were felicitated and acknowledged by DENSO senior management for the successful completion of their training program.
The event that coincided with the Environment Week Celebration, the members planted tree saplings at DENSO premises.
Present on the occasion were Denso Haryana’s Managing Director Masato Kitamae, Director Ajay Dhall, Director K. Akaba, Vice President (Admin) Pushpender Dahiya, AGM Rajeev Arora and Senior Manager Ms. Ruchi Arora.

DENSO Haryana Pvt.Ltd. was the first 100% subsidiary of DENSO Corporation setup as a manufacturing company in India. Main products manufactured are Power train Products (Fuel Pump, Injector, E/G ECU, ISCV), Small motor, ECM. It is located in Industrial hub of IMT Manesar, in Gurugram which is home to many multinational companies in India. It has another plant in Jhajjar district in the same state of Haryana.
KRV Foundation, a non profit charitable trust was registered in 2017 is an initiative by Dr. Ridwana Sanam for the welfare of society and underprivileged. Being a self-funded initiative, Dr. Ridwana Sanam has nurtured the charitable organisation with utmost honesty, compassion, ethics and kept the welfare of the community as her priority. She always contributed every month about 20 percent gross income of KRV Healthcare and Physiotherapy pvt Ltd to KRV foundation for charity.
