Discover true worth, be true to your conscience: Padam Shree Prof. Dinesh Singh, Chancellor, K.R. Mangalam University
Gurugram: Padam Shree Prof. Dinesh Singh, Chancellor, K.R. Mangalam University laid stressed the importance of value system and discovering oneself through education.
While presiding over the 3rd Convocation of K R Mangalam University organized in virtual mode on Saturday, Prof. Singh said, “The main thrust of what we do with you is to get you to look inside and to discover what your true value is, what is it that resonates with your heart, what is the drumbeat within, and we try and get you to march in the real world in harmony with that drumbeat. We want you to discover the true worth and be true to your conscience.”
During convocation 2020, degrees were conferred to the five hundred and thirty-four (534) students. This number includes 394 undergraduates, 72 postgraduates and 13 Doctoral degrees, and 55 diplomas.
As many as 15 student toppers with more than 8.5 CGPA in their respective streams were bestowed with Gold Medals on this occasion.
Chief Minister of Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar was the chief guest on this occasion. While congratulating the students he motivated the students, “I look forward to your significant contribution in further accelerating the pace of development in the State and the Country.”
Prof. Aditya Malik, Vice-Chancellor, KRMU congratulated the graduands said “Giving you the best education means giving you a set of tools, making a set of abilities available to you that will carry you through any and every circumstance that life throws at you. The abilities of confidence, of independence, of creativity, of being able to communicate well, listening, and trusting that things will always work out.”

With the objective of redefining education to fit the contemporary needs and challenges, K R. Mangalam University has established The Institute for Inventions, Innovations, and Entrepreneurship (TIIIE), Institute Inventions, Innovations, and Entrepreneurship (TIIIE) offers innovative programs in two new streams of education namely: Digital Humanities and Innovation, IT and Entrepreneurship.
