Discover the assortment that exists in the South-East Asian Cuisine, be it in Chinese, Japanese, or Thai. Having traveled across South East Asia and learned and understood the core of the ethos & cuisine, it puts founders Chef Vikramjit Roy & Anurodh Samal in a pronounced cosmos to link the two together – their guests here and the spirit that they have carried from these regions.
The Pan Asian menu takes a leaf from each group and includes various preparations that are authentic. No order would be comprehensive minus sampling their dim sum. I am a big fan of their Dimsums, their incredibly interesting variety takes this prevalent dish to another level.
The Black pepper fish is supremely good; obviously not only the freshest seafood will do, but also the best quality. Beyond Dimsums, the Gyozas are decadent and the twice-cooked pork is wonderful too, flawlessly cooked, while the sauce is agreeably composed without being excessively spicy. The beverage menu is enticing and indulgent.
The overall meal experience for me was outstanding, as each dish was exceptional in its own way and did not leave me disappointed. I would undeniably order in again to try out more.
As far as safety standards are concerned, the kitchen is routinely sanitized with kitchen safe sanitizers, each staff member is health checked for temperature, and each staff member wears masks at the premises and gloves (where possible). All the vendor deliveries are contactless and vegetables and meats are sanitized with food-grade sanitizing practices. All the containers in which the food is packed are sanitized and utmost hygiene is maintained during cooking and packing. Delivery is also contactless since ordering is online and payment options are online too. All delivery personnel is health checked too.
