New Delhi: Anime fans in New Delhi gathered with excitement last Friday on September 27 for a momentous occasion—the exclusive 4K premiere of Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama, a film that beautifully intertwines Indian mythology with modern animation at PCR Cinemas, Ambience Mall, New Delhi. This highly anticipated event marked the official launch of Geek Pictures India’s campaign for the remastered version of the beloved classic, promising a visual feast for attendees.

A Star-Studded Evening: The premiere was hosted by Arjun Aggarwal, Co-founder of Geek Pictures India, alongside. Tamotsu Kosano, the Founder of Geek Pictures Inc., who had traveled all the way from Tokyo to celebrate this cultural milestone. The much-celebrated animated film Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama is set to make a debutant screening in Indian theaters, marking its first-ever release in four languages—Hindi, English, Tamil, and Telugu on 18th October. This October, audiences across India will experience the magic of this Indo-Japanese collaboration on the big screen once more, with a renewed sense of excitement and anticipation. India’s one of biggest festival Diwali is being celebrated on 29th October.

The new teaser and poster, unveiled by Geek Pictures India, have already begun to stir up excitement among fans of the epic saga. As a special treat, the film’s re-release will also feature contributions from renowned screenwriter V. Vijayendra Prasad, celebrated for his work on Indian blockbusters like Baahubali, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, and RRR.
