Hyundai Motor India MD Unsoo Kim is new President of Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry – KOCHAM
KOCHAM is a representative trade promotion body of over 750 small, medium and large Korean companies in India.
NEW DELHI: Unsoo Kim, the Managing Director of South Korean auto major Hyundai Motor India will lead South Korea’s apex trade promotion body in India – KOCHAM, Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry in India. He succeeds Kang Hyun Seok, VP of Samsung Electronics India in his new role.
Unsoo Kim who joined Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) as the MD on January 1 last year by succeeding Seon Seob Kim (SS Kim), assumes the role of KOCHAM president for the two-year term. Tae-Jin Park, Managing Director and CEO, Kia India is the Secretary General of KOCHAM.
KOCHAM also has seven vice presidents that come from companies such as Samsung, KIA, POSCO, Doosan, Hyosung, LG, and Seela Infratech.
KOCHAM is a representative trade promotion body of over 750 small, medium and large Korean companies in India. It operates out of KITA secretariat which is based in Gurugram.
