Hyung-cheol Joo, Chief, Presidential Committee, New South Policy, ROK; Amitabh Kant, CEO, NITI Aayog to speak at India-Korea Business Partnership Forum 2019 today

NEW DELHI. Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) and Korea International Trade Association (KITA) are jointly organizing the one-day seminar India-Korea Business Partnership Forum 2019 in New Delhi today, on October 24.

Since 2017, CII and KITA have been organizing this annual Partnership Forum to address the latest trends and prospective areas of business between the two countries.

Hyung-cheol Joo, Chief, Presidential Committee, New South Policy, Republic of Korea, Amitabh Kant, CEO, NITI Aayog and Shin Bong-kil, Ambassador, ROK will be the key speakers during the India-Korea Business Partnership Forum event.

The seminar will take off with the opening address by Jin Hyun-han, Vice Chairman, Korea International Trade Association (KITA), said Hee-chul Jung, Chief Representative (Director), KITA in India.

Sanjay Chadha, Additional Secretary, Department of Commerce & Industry, Government of India is also likely to speak.

Speakers will come from various sectors both public and private.

KITA and CII jointly thought that different source of stimulation to the economy was in demand during these difficult times.  Areas that could assist understanding of each other deeper and wider have been put together.

There will be presentations on hot trends like Digital India Revolution, Clean Autonomous Driving in India, which the business sector looks forward to hearing.

KITA will also put forth collaboration of India’s Act East Policy and Korea’s New South Policy.

Better yet, Interdisciplinary specialists in business and cultural exchange like Ms. Keiko Bang of Millenasia will give a speech on utilizing Digital Contents of K-pop for corporate marketing.

There will even be an introduction to travel attractions unknown to each other countries.  And a theatrical role-play will reveal some of the misunderstandings both the countries might have had in meetings and workplaces.
