Impossible is not a fact. It’s an opinion. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is Nothing: Muhammad Ali
By Munish Chawla
Impossible is just a word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they’ve been given than to explore the power they have to change it.
Impossible is not a fact. It’s an opinion. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is Nothing ~ Muhammad Ali. I read the given quote this week and I thought it was so relevant in the context of the present ongoing crisis. Many things which we had earlier construed as Impossible, have now become possible, Work From Home is one such example. Impossible is a word that We use to describe what We cannot do or what We think will not happen in our life.
However, this ongoing crisis has changed this and I think ‘Impossible is Nothing’ can Inspire us to push our boundaries, set new goals and achieve tasks which we think were impossible to do till now. I firmly believe that Impossible things do happen and that things can turn around even in the most dire and difficult situations like the current crisis, if we believe Impossible is Nothing.
I keep saying that this Crisis is an Opportunity for us to reset the Way We Live & Work. It’s Possible for all those who lost their Livelihood to restart their Career. It’s Possible for Everyone to acquire New Skill Sets, whatever Age bracket we may be, to stay relevant. It’s possible for Many in Corporate Life to kickstart their Startup idea which they have been nurturing for long. ‘Impossible is Nothing’ framework can help us dream and can make us believe that we can do it. In our Startup Jeevitam, which is a Tech Enabled Livelihood Platform, we had last year dreamt of onboarding Ten Million Work Seekers on our Platform, which was considered Impossible by many, but we did it because we believed in it. We believed that Remote Hiring is possible and Industry is now accepting it. We believed, it’s possible to take our Innovative Job Fair Technology overseas, we are now launching it in four countries.
India has been Back Office of the World for sometime now, and We believe it’s Possible that this crisis can make India also the Front Office of the world, it’s not Impossible. However, in my view Impossible does exist, but we can work to definitely overcome it with our Hard Work and Positive Attitude, no matter what happens along the path. We have so many stories in our world of people who did beat impossible odds to accomplish great things which many thought was Impossible. These people did not give up or throw in the towel when it truly seemed impossible to achieve but instead kept striving and fighting to accomplish the Impossible. I believe there is Ability within all of us if we just look hard enough and give our best effort to show that Doing and Achieving the Impossible is Nothing.
Happy Sunday!! Keep Moving & Smiling!!
