June 25: High-level Korean delegation to meet Haryana CM, Foreign Coop Dept
NEW DELHI: A high-level Korean delegation comprising of South Korean Ambassador to India, president of Federation of Korean Associations and representative of Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KOCHAM) in India, and top management of a Korean multinational company Seoul Semiconductor will meet the Haryana chief minister and top officials of Foreign Cooperation Department of Haryana Government in a hybrid meeting on Friday.
Being organized by ACN Network and Foreign Cooperation Department, the meeting in Chandigarh aims at discussing ways and means of enhancing Korean investment opportunities in Haryana state. The meeting would also witness the handing over of medical supplies such as masks, gloves, and mobile air-purifiers by Seoul Semiconductor to Haryana.
Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar, Yogender Chaudhry, Principal Secretary, Foreign Cooperation Department, Pawan Chaudhary, Advisor to Haryana CM on Foreign Cooperation Department, Arshi Krishnachar, India head and VP, Seoul Semiconductor and ACN Network officials would join the meeting in person.
Ambassador Shin Bong-kil, Euy Don Park, President, Federation of Korean Associations in India, and VP – KOCHAM, and Korea-based top management as well as executives of Seoul Semiconductor who are based out of other countries would join the meeting virtually from their respective locations.
South Korea-based multinational company Seoul Semiconductor – a leading compound semiconductor solution provider has offered to support the Haryana government in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic with its high-end medical supplies including masks, gloves, and innovative Mobile Air Purifiers.
Seoul Semiconductor would hand over 4,500 masks, 4,500 gloves, and 1,000 Mobile Air purifiers to the Haryana government authorities in the presence of the Chief Minister on Friday.
The medical supplies include high-grade medical-user Masks (KF94), Gloves (UV protective/sterilized /high grade non-porous), to be used by doctors, primary health workers, Covid warriors, etc, and Mobile Air purifier with patented Violeds technology for air sterilization of ICU Wards, ambulances, PCR booths, and police vehicles.
