KITA Celebrates 50th Anniversary of Korea-India Diplomacy with Video Production Contest

NEW DELHI (INDIA): The Korea International Trade Association (KITA) has announced a special video production contest commemorating the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and India. This contest aims to showcase the talents and creativity of participants while fostering a stronger relationship between the two nations. We encourage all interested individuals to participate and express their vision through video.

The contest invites participants to explore various topics related to the 50th anniversary of the diplomatic relationship between Korea and India, such as economy, trade, culture, and history. Participants are encouraged to think outside the box and present their unique perspectives on these subjects. The video length should not exceed three minutes, allowing participants to present their ideas concisely and effectively.

To apply, interested participants must fill out the application form available through the provided Google Link: [https://forms.gle/DrHLqcZrkQRS2Pe19]. Additionally, applicants need to upload their video plan through the same form. Detailed instructions for the application process can be found here. Individual contacts will be made on June 23rd when the proposal is announced.

The contest include guidelines while producing their videos such as use Korean, Hindi, and English (with subtitles) to ensure understanding for both countries’ audiences. Prohibit the use of content or language that may cause inconveniences, such as race, nationality, religion, or politics. Exercise caution to avoid copyright infringement when using music, videos, or other copyrighted materials.

Generous prize money awaits the winners of this contest. The awards include a Rs. 50,000 prize for the first-place team, Rs. 30,000 for the second-place team, Rs. 20,000 for the third-place team, and an Encouragement Award of Rs. 5,000 for three additional teams.

A detailed schedule for the contest :

June 2 to June 27: Acceptance of participating teams (No limit on the number of people per team, total of 20 teams)

July 4: Selection and presentation of the 20 teams (Selected teams will be contacted individually by KITA)

August 1 to August 29: Video upload period (Views will be counted until August 29, 16:00; only selected teams can participate in video production)

August 28: Announcement of the top 6 outstanding teams

September 11: Awards ceremony
