NEW DELHI: The Embassy of Japan in India will hold a Webinar “Empowering Women – Successful models and New ideas – (Perspectives from Japan and India)”, in collaboration with India Japan Friendship Forum (IJFF), on March 24, 2021.
The focus of this webinar is to promote women empowerment in India, drawing from diverse experiences of Japanese and Indian women leaders.
The lectures by Ms. TSURU Saki, a Japanese woman entrepreneur who started a social impacting business in India, Ms. Harjinder Kaur Talwar (Immediate past president of FICCI FLO), and Ambassador Deepa Gopalan Wadhwa (Chairperson of IJFF, former Ambassador of India to Japan) will set the scene for an interactive session. Mr. MIYAMOTO Shingo (Minister of the Embassy of Japan) will serve as a facilitator.Those interested can register for the webinar here:
