More than 100 Korean participants to attend India-Korea Business Partnership Forum
The Forum this year will focus on the existing and emerging business opportunities existing for Korean and Indian companies in specific sectors.
NEW DELHI/SEOUL: The Korea International Trade Association and CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) are organizing the India-Korea Business Partnership Forum on 7th November in New Delhi. On this occasion, businessmen and academic experts from both countries will discuss ways to strengthen business partnerships and cooperate in trade and investment. The event will turn into a place for in-depth discussion.
The key speakers for this event include Yang Byung Nae, Deputy Minister for Trade Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy Government of Korea, Jeong Marn-ki, Executive Vice Chairman Korea International Trade Association (KITA), India, Chang Jae-bok, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to India, Amit Kumar, Ambassador of India to the Republic of Korea, Rajesh Kumar Singh, Secretary Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade Government of India, and Sanjiv Puri, President Designate, Cll and Chairman & Managing Director ITC Limited.
According to the CII, more than 100 Korean participants including multi-sectoral business leaders are expected to attend the India-Korea Business Partnership Forum.
This year marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties between India and the Republic of Korea. The bilateral relationship has now become truly multidimensional in recent years, spurred by a significant convergence of interests, mutual goodwill, and high-level exchanges. Continuing with this endeavor, the Forum this year will focus on the existing and emerging business opportunities for Korean and Indian companies in specific sectors.
The key elements of the event India-Korea Business Partnership Forum include special plenary sessions, trade & investment opportunities, the presence of senior government officials, and multi-sectoral business leaders, and business networking opportunities.
