PNGI HR Excellence Awards 2019 wins applause for successfully organinsing the event; special mention for the hosts – Escorts

GURUGRAM: The PNGI HR Excellence Awards 2019 organized in Faridabad on December 1 has won accolades from all quarters for successfully and meticulously planning, conceptualizing, strategizing and executing it by the team of Professional Network Group of India (PNGI).

And what has attracted special attention this time was the host and venue of the event – the Farmtrec Division of Escorts Limited where the event was organized. All the necessary arrangements here were made by the Escorts team led by BS Dagar, Sr. VP-HR and Vice Chairman, PNGI.

“It was an extremely well-executed show. The enthusiasm of the participants was exemplary and the objectivity, relevance, depth in all presentation was appropriate. The jury members were too keen to see and appreciate the candid endeavors of the participant companies. The 3-stage evaluation mechanism of the nominations was truly a benchmark for such kind of Award events,” said Pardeep Hatgaokar, General Manager – HR, Keihin Fie.

Hatgaonjkar who also happens to be the president of the Haryana Chapter of PNGI also said, “Hospitality of host Escorts Limited was exemplary and the last but not the least, the commitment, enthusiasm of all the committee members was a backbone which was instrumental in hosting the most successful event. Kudos to all.”

With participating from across India, the day-long event was organized at the 80-acre tractor manufacturing facility of Escorts Ltd. in Faridabad.

Divided into three groups, the 30 nominee companies made presentations to showcase their innovative and unique initiatives in the HR and IR domain in front of the jury members. For this, Escorts has provided three separate board rooms with all modern office gadgets like projects, microphones, etc.

The event was conducted in a large hall that in no way was less than a 4/5 star hotel at Escorts Limited.

Sanjeev Sharan, Director – Human Resources, ZTE Telecom India, who also was a jury member for the HR Excellence Awards 2019, “The program was indeed good. The intent of the program was very positive with good participation. I was indeed charmed by the “camaraderie” attitude displayed by the office-bearers. It was the ‘one team one goal’ approach. Further too, I would look forward to attending more programs.”

In his address, BS Dagar had said, “The initial plan to organize the event in a hotel but I offered to the PNGI team to have it organized at the Escorts premises. And on the behalf of the Escorts management, I assured PNGI that the event here would be organized better than that of any hotel.”

Senior HR & IR Professionals with multiple decades of experience and professionals from various companies rushed their complements to the organizers especially BS Dagar and his team.
