Right from charcoaled grills with top-of-the-line quality meat to traditional hot pots, stews, and seafood, all preparations bear the very signatures of the veteran chef here.

“The very idea of CHUNGDAM that promises to bring finest of the Korean cuisines, is to address the dining urges of the global food lovers – whether they are from Korea, Japan, China, India, or from Europe for that matter,” says Jin Wook Kim, Director, CHUNGDAM.

The elaborate and meticulously-crafted menu starts with the low-temperature charcoal-grilled meat – Rib, Sirloin, Yang Daechang (for Rs. 1900 each), and Iberian pork and Porkbelly (for Rs. 1500 each).

The main menu options offer pork, beef and lamb variants (Rs. 2700 to Rs. 3500) with toppings – pork, beef, lamb, seafood, vegetables and noodles (Rs. 200 to Rs. 1500).

The mouth-watering side dishes include Cockle with vegetables, squid, and pork belly bulgogi, lamb rib stew, tofu kimchi, bulgogi, and others (Rs. 1200 to Rs. 2500).

And the must-try rage of stews and soups include the ones made with crab, pomfret stews as well as spicy fish roe soup, and chicken hotpot (Rs. 1700 to Rs. 2500). And the starters that could be very well be tried include spicy small octopus, fried chicken and dried pollack slice (Rs. 1000 and Rs. 1300).
