“We hope, in the post-COVID-19 era, there is an opportunity to provide certificate courses for young people in Mizoram. By completing the courses, students will be successful in acquiring professional licenses or certificates in nursing, Basic Life Support (BLS), or Advanced Life Support (ACLS), as a guarantee for their careers. The tailored program and scholarships can be conducted through the Taiwan Education Centre established in Mizoram in the future,” he added.
